Contact Center Аdvisor- Varna
Part-time/ Full-time
General duties:
- Participate actively in the digital journey of new and existing customers;
- Monitor customers’ behavior and provide fast and efficient support in the onboarding process;
- Identify needs and create process cards and procedures for smooth digital journey;
- Provide solutions to customers and bank employees on questions related to digital journey;
- Deliver outstanding service via multichannel communication with customers and bank employees.

- Communicate in a professional manner with customers and bank employees;
- Flexible to meet new requirements;
- Follow high standards in service and deliver results within the expected time frames;
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
