Cost Controlling Expert
Head office
General duties:
- Provide financial consultancy: Represent the controlling perspective in decision-making forums and support management in achieving sustainable economic outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reports and analyses: Prepare comprehensive reports on company performance, including profitability analyses, impact assessments, and activity reviews.
- Design and optimize monitoring processes: Establish and manage processes to track expenditures, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Deliver cost-driver insights: Analyze business processes, identify underlying cost drivers, and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to deliver financial guidance and foster consistent collaboration.
- Support financial planning: Contribute to the preparation of business plans within the finance team, in coordination with DSK Bank divisions and subsidiaries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering financial insights and ensuring transparency, with a strong focus on reporting, profitability, forecasting, and budgeting.
- High proficiency in Excel and excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
- A challenger mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt effectively to fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Demonstrated proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, and openness to new ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate across business units and a broad professional network.
