• Conduct extensive data analysis using a variety of quantitative techniques as well as using his/her expertise for qualitative insights about cash loan products managed by our market.
• Interpret patterns and trends to provide actionable insights, driving business decisions towards the improvement of the bank value proposition for the customers for cash loan product conditions and cash loan pricing enhancements.
• Create numerical argumentations (business cases) and presentations to the decision makers for the proposals, based on the identified insights of the cash business.
• Generate business proposals to improve the cash product pricing, profitability, channel mix, etc.
• Act as a liaison between various teams, including business stakeholders, BI team peers, risk portfolio managers and other data analysts and experts from DSK or OTP Group.
• Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills and effective communication to argument and sustain his/her insights and make them actionable for business development purposes. 

• Ability to work with numbers and to perform data analysis (including data manipulation, data structuring and data interpretation skills)
• Previous knowledge of using SQL-queries to extract the necessary data
• Previous knowledge of using PowerBI tool
• Excellent problem-solving attitude and out-of-the-box thinking
• University degree in business, mathematics or informatics related disciplines (Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics)
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player person able to work in a dynamic environment and to handle both ad-hoc and repetitive tasks and/or analysis for tracking the business evolution
