Head of Controlling analytics & BI Solutions, Sofia

General duties:
- Lead the process of reporting to the OTP Group Hungary via delivering the necessary data and ensure respective data quality as Data owner/Data steward for the data his team is responsible.
- Lead new reporting for Steering purposes of the C-level and senior decision takers in the organization, supports regulatory reporting related to transactional data
- Lead projects related to sourcing of new or existing data in MIS and regulatory driven data projects
- Supports the process for enriching and enhancing the applicable data governance and data quality framework.
- Responsible for effective and efficient allocation of resources in Controlling Analytics & BI Solution team.
- Change management: Be a role model and drive the change in the organization by establishing trust-based relationships, communicating efficiently with all audiences and ensuring the proper involvement and understanding of colleagues related to the transformation
- Process challenging: Consult on how selected processes can be optimized, authomated and executed efficiently
Requirements:
- Curiosity and motivation to develop in the banking industry
- Ability to structure and resolve complex problems
- Passion towards process optimization and process mapping
- Proactive, impact-driven personality type
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional experience in consultancy or in the banking industry
- Technical skills – professional business English and technical literacy
- Stuctured way of thinking and skills supporting processing of data
- Strategic thinking and skills for effective data modelling
