Process Management Intern in IT Services and Operations team
Sofia/ Varna
General duties:
- Assists in the development, implementation and optimization of IT processes (e.g. incident management, change, configuration, problem management, etc.);
- Assists in the development, implementation and optimization of reports on monitoring IT service indicators such as availability, performance, SLA, etc. in Power BI.
- Collaborates with various IT and business teams to ensure consistency between IT services and business goals. Maintains communication between technical and business stakeholders;
- Participates in the annual review of documentation: rules, procedures, manuals and instructions;
Requirements:
- Have English level Intermediate or higher.
- 4th year Bachelor's degree, Technical university student
- Knowledge in IT processes and management. ITIL certification is an advantage.
