Product Development Manager - Cash Loan Market, Sofia
Head office, Sofia
General duties:
- Proactively drive the business results of the cash loan market across the allocated sales channels and continuously enhance the customers value proposition for the products in market scope;
- Perform Conversion Rate Optimization activities for the cash loan sales like operative funnel management of cash loan pipelines across allocated channels, continuous clients feedback collection, continuous analysis of outputs from measuring tools, ensuring optimal value creation for the market;
- Act with responsibility and accountability for the sales results in the channel and collaborate with lending journey Product Owner, CX&UI expert, digital marketing expert and other stakeholders for continuous insights generation;
- Continuously analyze and make proposals to enhance the cash loan USP and/or product & pricing features both in digital and branch channels, by launching A/B tests and champion challengers to test various business hypothesis;
- Create support materials to decision makers for the approval of the business development ideas resulting from the cash loan pipeline operative funnel management;
- Request the necessary improvement to the operative dashboards for funnel management and make sure that the requested changes are delivered in line with his/her needs;
- Understand the main value creation drivers for cash loan business and have a strong willingness to constantly improve it by various improvements proposed;
- Demonstrate strong team collaboration skills and effective communication.
Requirements:
Sales result oriented mindset, governed by proactiveness and initiative;
- Good understanding of Cash loan product metrics and how to proficiently track their performance by various dimensions of the business (like channels, process types, product features, etc), respectively how to diagnose “what goes wrong” and act accordingly to correct the observed negative trends or further enhance the good ones, in line with bank market strategy;
- Analytical and financial sales background with attention to details and at the same time ability to determine the root cause of certain adverse evolution of cash loan metrics;
- Being able to extract insights, proactively propose corrective measures for them and strong collaboration abilities to push them across the managed channel and journeys;
- Follow-up the results once changes are implemented vs. estimated benefits and take new corrective measures, if necessary;
- Previous work experience in portfolio management and/or operative sales management activities (Banking, Telecom);
- Excellent command of English language;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent understanding of key drivers of retail business value creation (sales, price, risk, profitability);
- Team player person able to work in dynamic environment and to handle both ad-hoc and repetitive tasks and/or management requests about the business evolution.
