Credit Risk Product Manager, Sofia

Head office, Sofia

General duties:

  • Acting as a SPOC from Retail Risk side and collaborating with all stakeholders in the respective business market and OTP head office risk management.
  • Prioritizing the internal and extremal customer needs and incorporate their feedback into risk strategies.
  • Coordinating a cross-functional team to align the markets’ priorities and the execution of the necessary tasks.
  • Be responsible for the product vision, backlog management and implementation of the lending strategies into systems, processes and policies.
  • Ensuring products and processes are in line with the risk appetite and the regulatory requirements regarding risk management and performing continuous monitoring.
  • Regularly reviewing and adjusting risk management strategies and processes to improve automation, efficiency and/or profitability.
  • Obtaining approvals for the new or amended strategies, products and processes by OTP Group and/or local authorities.
  • Participating in projects related to the covered business domain.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in finance, analytics or other relevant fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in risk management or retail lending.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
