• Manage approved and assigned projects following the Bank internal rules for project management.
• Prepares project plans for the assigned projects considering the set project time frame, scope, and budget.
• Plan, request and manage internal and external resources within the project. Coordinate and control task execution following the project plan.
• Prepares and provides regular project status reports.
• Manage and escalate project conflicts and Risks and propose mitigation plans together with the project team.
• Communicates actively with project team members at any bank structure by presenting information for project status, tasks and resources, risk and issues, sharing knowledge.
• Regularly monitors and maintains the Bank's project portfolio and reports the status to management and all stakeholders.
• Ensures smooth transfer of the developments in production systems, along with changes and updates of the documentation for the processes to comply with them.
• Provides methodological support to project teams, at any phase of project life and to any project member.

• +2 professional experience in project management.
• Relevant University degree – technical/business/finance or another related field;
• Knowledge in IT and Banking;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills and innovative thinking;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
