Recruitment Partner
Head office - Recruitment Partner (maternity cover)
General duties:
- Creating recruitment strategies for our internal clients depending on the profile
- Advertising job opportunities on job boards, social media and company’s career page
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to find the right candidate for the right position
- Ownership of an end-to-end recruitment process
- Attending job fairs and hiring events
- Generating and participating in employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Previous recruitment experience in a large organization at least 4 years
- Solid verbal and written communication skills including in English
- A can-do attitude
- Solid communication skills with comfort in speaking with senior leaders; excellent communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and teams; having the ability to convince
- Demonstration of ability to think both strategically and tactically
