Training and Employee Development Expert

Head Office Sofia - Transformation and change management

General duties:

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs such as Welcome Day for new employees, Soft skills and etc.
  • Support the creation of onboarding materials and ensure content is up to date.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with People Ops, IT, and business teams.
  • Provide technical support for virtual training and onboarding content.
  • Compile and analyze onboarding and training data to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Track and report on training KPIs and employee feedback.
  • Maintain and update training databases with accurate records of all conducted trainings.
  • Stay ahead of learning and onboarding tech trends and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in similar role.
  • Experience in training delivery.
  • University degree (Economics, Business administration, HR Management or other).
  • Fluency in English (B2 level is a must).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, creative and positive approach towards processes and activities.
  • Critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
