• You have experience in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and others).
• You have knowledge related to financial products, services, and operations within the banking system.
• You can present analyses in a language understandable to non-financial specialists.
• You can investigate complex problems, anticipate potential challenges and propose solutions to enhance the efficiency and performance of the branch network.
• You work effectively in a team and can collaborate with different departments within the company.

• Last but not least, you have a good working proficiency in English.

A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or information services (a master’s degree would be considered an advantage).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and evaluating the performance of individual branches and teams within the network.
• Identifying and proposing improvements and strategies to enhance the effectiveness and performance of branches, aligning with the bank’s goals.
• Managing key performance metrics and monitoring progress toward objectives.
• Creating analyses and reports to meet the needs of branch network management.
