Junior Product owner – Bancassurance, Sofia

Responsible for bancassurance product development from conceptualization to market launch;
Applying criteria such as business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility to prioritize backlog items;
Drive the implementation of new features and optimizations based on feedback and evolving requirements;
Engage with key stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and clear communication on product priorities and performance;
Determining customer needs through market research;
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings related to insurance products and product development;

A detail-oriented and organized, critical thinker, who is able to work independently;
Working experience in bancassurance/life insurance or product development experience is preferred;
A team motivator and active listener;
Solid communication skills with comfort in speaking with senior management;
Ability to think strategically and having a long term vision about the product;
Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude;
Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product/Business role is a plus;
