• Work in close collaboration with Platform team managers and application administrators
• Support project managers/scrum masters/product owners in the processes for planning and implementation of IT changes
• Prepare plan for improvement / changes/ implementation of IT services within the responsibilities of the platform team
• Review and record requests for change (RFCs) for the systems within the Platform team
• Keeps schedule of building, testing and implementation of changes for the platform team
• Prioritize changes according to the business objectives
• Coordinate and manage the smooth transition of changes from the development team to the platform team (operations)
• Submit and present all changes for the systems within the scope of platforms team to the CAB (Change advisory board)
• Create and circulate the IT change schedule
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews
• Actively participate in Audit and Regulatory visits related to IT activities
• Submit/coordinate requests to infrastructure teams
• Coordinate updates of Configuration Items (CI) in CMDB for the systems within the scope of management of the platform team
• Support the process of SLA definition and reporting
• Coordinate Disaster Recovery and BCP activities 

• Business or IT education (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field required
• Communication and organizational skills
• Result oriented and pro-active person
  
• Good level of English language
