Coordinate and host engaging Welcome Day sessions for new employees.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by collaborating with People Ops, IT, and business teams.
Manage and maintain our learning platforms (Contipso/TrainSpace).
Provide technical support for virtual learning and onboarding content.
Compile and analyze onboarding and learning data to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Automate workflows and streamline reporting for onboarding and learning processes.
Track and report on onboarding KPIs and employee feedback.
Support the creation of onboarding materials and ensure content is up to date.
Stay ahead of learning and onboarding tech trends and recommend improvements.
Support vendor selection and training budget tracking.
