• Ensure appropriate implementation of the OTP group licensing regulations and processes.
• Apply and monitor the applicable group level license requirements.
• Usage of the company SAM-Insights tool, mapping of the used with the acquired licenses.
• Working close with Group License Management Team and the SAM service provider to enable highest accuracy of compliance reports.
• Planning, controlling and recording SW license assets throughout their lifecycles:

- Ensure new license registration and renewals;

- Ensure compliance with vendor contracts is in place;

- Create documentation of operational concepts, workflows, etc.;

- Review software license policies and procedures;

- Maintain knowledge on all licensing changes;

- Review license usage and deployment.

• Ensure optimal licensing with the involvement of IT departments and the Group SAM Service provider, based on the usage data extracted from the different systems (read only rights will be provided).
• Develop business cases to optimize spending by identifying savings opportunities.
• Budgeting support, regular CAPEX/OPEX forecast preparation and alignment.
• Drive the compliant use of DSK's software contracts through educating colleagues, enforcing policies, and monitoring adherence to processes. License-related advisory support.
• Support of the local and the global sourcing processes.

• Degree in engineering, computer science, finance or equivalent.
• Software asset management knowledge and experience is required (2+ years professional experience).
• Experience in interpreting licensing terms and conditions.
• Experience in analyzing software license and usage data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical staff, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Good skills in reporting and follow-up.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Good team player.
