Re culture shift

• Drive reinforcement activities for the bank-wide culture shift.
• Organize and facilitate culture events to embed new values in daily operations and processes
• Support senior leaders in role modeling the desired behaviors.
• Gather and analyze feedback on cultural adoption and resistance areas.
• Measure and report on culture adoption progress the ADKAR survey.
• Organize the quarterly cycle of townhalls, managerial brief ensure consistency of messages and feedback to senior leaders
• Organize Board and key managers Roadshows on culture and transformation

Recognition for culturally aligned behavior

• Apply measures to reward the "dos" and discourage the "don’ts
• Partner with performance teams to integrate cultural alignment into performance reviews and promotions
• Train managers on recognition best practices 
• Define and run bank ceremonies: Birthdays/ Namedays, Anniversaries, Retirements
• Develop peer-nominated recognition programs that celebrate employees embodying the bank’s values (Values in Action)

Re communities

• Support and develop internal communities and networks to maturity 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizational culture and people areas
• Strong skills in data visualization and communication.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated empathy, listening skills, and people-centric mindset.
• Confidence in facilitating interviews, focus groups, or workshops with diverse teams.
