In connection with the amendments adopted by the fund managers of OTP Fund Management, we would like to inform you of key changes to the mutual fund distributed by DSK Bank AD: OTP Central European Equity Fund with ISIN: HU0000703855, effective as of 13 August 2025, as follows:
1. Investment Policy
The Fund is changing its investment strategy, focusing on a new asset structure and geographical allocation. This may include a change in the minimum percentage of investments outside Hungary and new asset selection criteria.
2. Benchmark Index
The benchmark index used by the Fund to compare its performance is being changed. The new index aims to be more regionally focused and better reflect the Fund’s target market.
3. Fees and Costs
The sections of the Prospectus and Fund Management Policy related to the Fund’s fees and costs have been updated.
4. Additional Information about the Fund
New clarifications have been added regarding the Fund’s structure, investor rights, and other legal and operational aspects.
