Announcement about upcoming changes to the General terms and conditions of DSK BANK AD for provision of payment services to business clients - 01.01.26

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as of January 1st 2026 “DSK Bank” AD will apply changes to the General Terms and Conditions for provision of payment services for business clients.

Main changes are related to:

- EURO Adoption as a national currency and termination of payment transactions in BGN;

- termination of direct debit orders;

- changes in the utility bill payment service;

- reclassification of electronic money accounts and related payment instrument "prepaid card", which will be defined as a card account/debit card;

- the rights granted to the legal representatives of a business client applicable to new accounts opened via e-banking DSK Direct;

- introduction of sanction clauses providing protection to the Bank in case a client falls under international sanctions, including the possibility of immediate termination of business relations;

- changes regarding deposits eligible for guarantee under the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund (BDIF).
