Information on Redeeming Points in DSK Mobile

Dear Customers,

We are currently carrying out improvements to the functionality for redeeming cashback from credit cards My DSK Points in the DSK Mobile application.

In order to ensure a more reliable and better customer experience, the functionality is temporarily unavailable.

We would like to remind you that cashback from credit cards is now accumulated as points, which can be easily tracked in DSK Mobile and converted into cash directly through the app.

This way, customers can get back a portion of their purchase value quickly and conveniently, without having to wait until the end of the year.

As of 01.01.2026, the maximum cashback amount is: 

• 10,000 points = 100 EUR
• 15,000 points = 150 EUR for customers with the “Unlimited Plan”
• 30,000 points = 300 EUR for customers with the “Premium Plan”

Points earned this year are valid until the end of 2027, while those earned in 2025 are valid until the end of 2026.

We will inform you as soon as the My DSK Points functionality is active again.
