Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that from 27.07.2026 onwards changes to the General Terms and Conditions of DSK BANK AD for loan agreements and agreements for issuing bank guarantees to clients from the Small Business segment are in force.
From the specified date onwards:
1. A new item 2.3. is introduced in аrt. 12, which introduces the requirement the client to channel trade turnover through his current accounts in the Bank for each 12-month period of the term of all investment and working capital loans repaid in instalments in a minimum amount of 30% of the company's net sales revenue generated in the previous financial year;
2. A new section VI.A Obligations under credit agreements and agreements for issuing bank guarantees in connection with imposed financial/economic sanctions is introduced. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the client declares compliance with the applicable sanction regimes and undertakes not to use funds and not to carry out operations in violation of the same. The Bank is entitled to carry out sanctions-related due diligence and request information in connection with sanction compliance. In the event of an established violation, the Bank has the right to suspend disbursements, the issuance of new guarantees, to terminate the contract and declare all outstanding obligations of the client due and payable.

On the grounds of art. 59, para. 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of DSK BANK AD to loan agreements and agreements for issuing bank guarantees to clients from the Small Business segment, in relation to contracts concluded before 27.07.2026, the abovementioned changes in the General Terms and Conditions are in force from 27.09.2026, and until this date the General Terms and Conditions announced on 01.01.2026 shall apply. The Bank considers that the client has accepted the changes if he has not notified it in writing to the contrary before 27.09.2026.
