Why do I need a static PIN code?
- In order to ensure the security of online payments with debit and credit cards on the Internet, DSK Bank requires the use of a static PIN code and a one-time password received via SMS for confirmation.
- Payments to merchants participating in card organizations' secure payment programs are confirmed by entering a one-time password and a static PIN code.
- To create a static PIN code, you must have active access to DSK Direct online banking.
How is a static PIN code created?
- Step 1: Obtaining a temporary password - If your phone number is not registered, you can register it in DSK Direct online banking >> Card menu >> 3-D password button. After requesting the service, you will receive an SMS with a temporary password for creating a static PIN code at the number you have provided. For each online payment made to the specified number, you will also receive a one-time 3-D password to confirm the payments, which you enter together with the static PIN.
- Step 2: To the process of creating a static PIN code - To create a static PIN code, you need to click here.
- Step 3: Data verification - The screen displays fields in which you must enter the last 4 digits of your personal identification number, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number for which you are creating a static PIN code, as well as the temporary password you received for this card.
- Step 4: Create a static PIN code - A screen will appear where you must enter the one-time 6-digit identification code received via SMS and your chosen static PIN code, which you will use to confirm your online payments.
- Step 5: Confirmation - Once the data has been successfully entered, the following message will appear on the screen: "You have successfully created a static PIN code for your online payment card."
How will I confirm my payments online?
- Select the goods/services and enter the card details requested by the merchant;
- Confirm the payment on the screen with the DSK Bank logo and the card organization logo by entering your one-time 3-D password and your static PIN code.
