The insurance provides maximum protection to Bulgarian and foreign legal entities that own or are responsible for large administrative facilities, large commercial complexes with manufacturing or non-manufacturing activities, who wish to secure their investments in movable and immovable tangible assets. The insurance amount for protection in manufacturing activities is over 255 000 EUR, and for non-manufacturing activities – over 511 000 EUR. In the case of mortgaged or pledged property, the insurance may also be taken out in favor of DSK Bank.

- Natural disasters, flood, damage due to natural load of snow or ice;

- Water and steam leakage;
- Water leakage from sprinkler installations;
- Sliding or collapse of earth;
- Damages due to underground water;
- Breaking of glasses, shop windows, advertising signs and boards;
- Malicious actions of third parties;
- Damage due to sea waves;
- Short circuit and/or current rush;
- Shock/ sound wave;
- Loss of rental income;
- Burglary, robbery, vandalism;
- Failure of machinery;
- Interruption of operations;
- Failure of loading and unloading machineries during loading and unloading works;
- Declaration of Inventory clause.
