György Galdi
Member of the Supervisory Board
Galdi György has been a member of the Supervisory Board of DSK Bank since 2026.
He graduated from the Budapest University of Technology in 1987 and from the Budapest University of Economics in 1992 and later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Corvinus University in Budapest.
With over 30 years of leadership experience in leading financial institutions across Central and Eastern Europe, he has built a career in risk management, corporate governance, and strategic transformation.
Between 2023 and 2024, he served as a Non-Executive Board Member and Risk Committee Member at SKB banka in Slovenia, providing independent oversight during a complex cross-border integration. Previously, he held senior executive positions as Deputy CEO and Chief Risk Officer at OTP Bank Romania, Deputy CEO and Chief Risk Officer at MKB Bank (BayernLB Group), as well as managerial roles at K&H Bank (KBC Group) in corporate banking and structured finance.
Mr. Galdi is also involved in academic environment as a lecturer and author on topics related to risk management and project finance.
Since 2020, he has served as Managing Director and Head of the Corporate Credit Risk Management Directorate at OTP Group.
