What are SEPA transfers:
SEPA (Single European Payment Area) is an EU initiative to harmonize and facilitate non-cash payments in euros within the countries of the Union. SEPA includes single financial instruments, standards, procedures and infrastructure.
Participation in SEPA transfers by DSK Bank:
DSK Bank JSC participates in the SEPA scheme for credit transfers through the payment systems BISERA 7 and STEP 2 (through OTP Bank). The specific requirements of the scheme provision are the payments for all EU countries to be made in euro, with a strictly regulated format according to the ISO 20022 standard, including transaction costs to be only "shared" (SHA).
