Why do you need to update your data?
- In accordance with AML - Anti-Money Laundering Law, the bank is obliged to maintain and store up-to-date information and data about its customers.
- Having up-to-date data guarantees a high level of service security and timely updates on changes or important topics.
What happens if you don't update your data?
- In case of changes in your personal data (e.g., change of identity card or change in contact data), you must provide up-to-date information to the bank within 7 days of the change occurring, which can be done at the bank's office.
- We may need to temporarily restrict payment operations from your bank accounts until you provide the necessary information.
How to update your data?
- In a bank office that is convenient for you.
Important: We will never ask you to provide personal data, your bank card details, usernames or access passwords by e-mail or via a web page form.
