Why do you need to update your data?
- In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act, the Bank is required to maintain accurate and up-to-date information about its customers.
- Keeping your information up to date helps ensure a high level of security and allows us to keep you informed about important changes and updates.
What happens if you don't update your data?
- If your personal data changes (for example, if you renew your identity document or your contact details change), you must notify the Bank within 7 days by providing the updated information at one of our branches.
- We may need to temporarily restrict payment operations from your bank accounts until you provide the necessary information.
How to update your data?
- In a bank office that is convenient for you.
- Remotely by signing with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) issued by Evrotrust: Contact us via chat and let us know that you would like to update your identity document. One of our representatives will send you a document to sign in the Evrotrust app. Once you have signed it, your identity document will be updated.
- For this method, we recommend installing and registering in the Evrotrust app in advance by following the instructions below.
Important: We will never ask you to provide personal data, your bank card details, usernames or access passwords by e-mail or through a web form.
Step 1. Installation
- Download the Evrotrust mobile app.
- Find it in your mobile device's app store corresponding to your operating system: Google Play for Android or the App Store for iOS.
Step 2. Registration
- Open the app and tap "Register". Follow the on-screen identification steps. Make sure you are in a well-lit place so that both your identity document and your face are clearly visible when captured with your mobile phone's camera.
- Issuing an Evrotrust electronic signature is a fully automated process and completely free of charge.
Step 3. Signing
- When you receive a notification on your phone that the Bank has sent you a document in the Evrotrust mobile app, open the app and sign the document with a single tap.
- Signing with an Evrotrust electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Step 4. Storage
- All electronically signed documents are stored in the Evrotrust mobile app and can be viewed at any time.
- Signing documents sent by DSK Bank is carried out entirely online and is completely free of charge.
