Why do you need to update your data?

In accordance with AML - Anti-Money Laundering Law, the bank is obliged to maintain and store up-to-date information and data about its customers.
Having up-to-date data guarantees a high level of service security and timely updates on changes or important topics.

What happens if you don't update your data?

In case of changes in your personal data (e.g., change of identity card or change in contact data), you must provide up-to-date information to the bank within 7 days of the change occurring, which can be done at the bank's office.
We may need to temporarily restrict payment operations from your bank accounts until you provide the necessary information.

Important: We will never ask you to provide personal data, your bank card details, usernames or access passwords by e-mail or via a web page form.
