Announcement about upcoming changes to the investment sub-fund AF Japan Equity Value

Dear Customers,

In connection with amendments adopted by the Board of Amundi Asset Management, we would like to inform you of upcoming changes to the investment sub-fund AF Japan Equity Value, distributed by DSK Bank AD, which will take effect on 30 September 2026, as follows:

- Change of the sub-fund name:

- Decrease the maximum investment limit in equities of small capitalization companies from 30% to 20% of net assets;

- Replacement of the benchmark index and the benchmark used for the performance fee calculation from "Topix Tokyo SE Index" to "TOPIX Net Total Return Index", as well as a change in the level of permitted deviation from "material" to "significant".

Effective 30 September 2026, the fund will incorporate binding environmental and social characteristics in accordance with Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

The impact of these changes on the fund's risk/return profile is not considered significant.

All other key characteristics of the fund, including the Synthetic Risk and Reward Indicator (SRRI) and the applicable fees, will remain unchanged.

The changes will become effective on 30 September 2026. Investors may choose to redeem their holdings in the fund free of charge up to and including 12:00 p.m. on 29 September 2026. DSK Bank will not charge any redemption fees.
