Dear customers,
In connection with the update of the Bank's product portfolio, with effect from February 1, 2027, DSK Bank will terminate the maintain and service of saving accounts "DSK Stimulus", "DSK Stimulus Plus", "DSK New Stimulus", "DSK Stimulus Extra", "DSK Motive", "Horizons" and "New Horizons" (agreements concluded with Expressbank AD before merger with DSK Bank), and, with effect from that date, the Bank will treat the existing agreements for the use of these products as agreements for the use of Termless saving accounts. With effect from February 1, 2027, the terms and conditions applicable to Termless Saving Accounts will apply to these accounts, including those relating to interest, the method of interest calculation, account maintenance and service charges.

No further action is required on your part in connection with this change. Your account will continue to be maintained, and as of February 1, 2027, the current terms and conditions specified above will apply to it.

If you do not accept the changes being made, you have the right to terminate the contract in writing before the effective date of the changes without compensation or penalty. The Bank shall deem that the customer has accepted the changes if he has not notified it to the contrary within the specified period.
