Announcement about changes to the Prospectus, Management Policy and Key Information Document of OTP EUR Short Bond Fund, ISIN: HU0000702162

Dear Customers,

We hereby inform you that the fund managers of OTP Fund Management have approved amendments to the Prospectus and the Management Policy of OTP EUR Short Bond Fund (ISIN: HU0000702162).

As a result of these amendments, the Fund’s Key Information Document (KID) has also been updated.

  • The changes concern the Fund’s investment policy, the sections of the management рregulations containing key information about the Fund, risks, the valuation of assets, fees and charges, the continuous distribution of investment units, and further information relating to the Fund.
  • The Fund is also replacing its benchmark index from “80% ICE BofAML 0-1Y All Euro Gov (EAAS) + 20% ICE BofAML 1-3Y All Euro Gov (E1AS)” to “80% MSCI Eurozone Government Bond Index 1M-1Year Index (Bloomberg: MF755433) + 20% MSCI Eurozone Government Bond Index 1-3 Index (Bloomberg: MFGOESTT)”.

The changes will enter into force on 2 November 2026.

Investors may choose to redeem their holdings in the fund free of charge up to and including 3:30 p.m. on 30 October 2026, inclusive. DSK Bank will not charge any redemption fees.
