Upcoming changes to the investment fund Schroder International Selection Fund – UK Equity

Dear Customers,

In connection with amendments adopted by the Board of Schroder Investment Management (Europe) S.A., we would like to inform you of upcoming changes to the investment fund Schroder International Selection Fund – UK Equity, affecting the share classes SISF UK Equity EUR Hedged and SISF UK Equity USD Hedged, distributed by DSK Bank AD.

Effective 7 December 2026, the following changes will come into effect:

• The Fund's name will change from “Schroder International Selection Fund UK Equity” to “Schroder International Selection Fund European Core Equity”;
• The share class names will be changed as follows:

• The Fund’s investment objective and policy will be updated to reflect the change in its geographical focus, from investing in equity and equity-related securities of companies in the United Kingdom to investing in equity and equity-related securities of companies in European countries (including the United Kingdom);
• The Fund’s benchmark will change from the FTSE All Share Total Return Index to the MSCI Europe (Net TR) Index, while the Morningstar Europe Large Cap Blend Category will be adopted as a comparator benchmark;
• The Fund’s base currency will change from GBP to EUR. If you hold a share class that is currency-hedged into EUR, it will become a non-hedged EUR-denominated share class from the effective date of the changes, as the share class currency will then be the same as the Fund’s base currency.

The changes will become effective on 07 December 2026. Investors may choose to redeem their holdings in the fund free of charge up to and including 12:00 p.m. on 04 December 2026. DSK Bank will not charge any redemption fees.
