Custody services

DSK Bank AD offers custody services, which include:

• safekeeping of financial instruments, respectively keeping a register of dematerialized financial instruments in a depository institution (local or foreign);
• transactions with financial instruments ordered by clients;
• receiving current income from financial instruments (dividends, coupon payments, etc.) held at the expense of clients;
• corporate events: merger, acquisition, division, distribution of dividend in the form of distribution of additional (free) shares, split, increase of the company's capital through rights or through distribution of additional shares, etc.
