Our vision is to offer you modern, fast and convenient banking – everything you need in one place, available whenever you need it. To bring this vision to life and provide better services, we created the new DSK Mobile app, which will replace DSK Smart.
We have all grown used to DSK Smart, but technology and the way we live are constantly changing. While the existing app allows for improvements, it cannot evolve at the speed and scale needed to support more advanced digital services.
That is why DSK Mobile is built on an entirely new platform, giving us the flexibility to develop new services faster, resolve issues more efficiently and respond to our customers’ needs HERE and NOW.
What’s different about DSK Mobile?
Flexible and secure technology
DSK Mobile is built on modern technology that allows us to develop and introduce new features much faster. Our goal is to make more banking services available digitally and continuously improve the app, so you can do more entirely online with greater stability and reliability.
Intuitive design
DSK Mobile is designed to feel familiar and easy to use, following iOS and Android standards. Navigation is simple and intuitive, similar to what you already know from using your phone.
We have tested the design with customers and continue to improve it based on their experience. DSK Mobile also provides a more visual experience with flexible and diverse screens.
Digital access to products and services
With DSK Mobile, you can sign documents digitally, making it possible to become a DSK Bank customer entirely online. You can also activate selected products directly in the app, without visiting a branch.
Signing documents and approving transactions is quick and easy using facial recognition, fingerprint authentication or PIN. There is no need for additional codes or apps – everything happens in one place.
Simple and secure processes
What takes only a few taps is supported by advanced security technology. For example, you can approve online card payments directly in DSK Mobile without entering an SMS code or using DSK mToken, as the authentication token is integrated into the app. With just a couple of taps, your payment is approved securely using 3D Secure.
Faster response when it matters
We can resolve issues faster and respond quickly when customer feedback shows us that a process can be improved. For example, we introduced an easy way to save favorite transfers after customers told us how important it was to be able to reuse previous transfers as templates.
We actively follow feedback and comments about DSK Mobile to understand what our customers need and how we can improve their experience. Before launching new features, we test them with groups of customers to make sure the processes are clear and easy to use.
Additional security
Registering for DSK Mobile requires identity verification using your ID card and a photo of your face. This important security step helps prevent someone else from accessing the app using your personal details or a false identity.
Your photo is compared with the photo on your ID card, while the validity of the document is also verified. This allows us to identify you securely online and protect your money with the same level of confidence as an in-person identity check at a branch.
Migrating from DSK Smart to DSK Mobile
DSK Mobile will replace DSK Smart, and we will make sure the transition is as smooth as possible, with support available when you need it. The migration to DSK Mobile will happen gradually, and all customers will be notified in advance, giving them enough time to switch to the new app and start using its new features.
We are moving to DSK Mobile because it gives us the technology to deliver meaningful improvements for our customers. The app already offers new services, and we will continue adding more as we develop it further. This is not the finish line – it’s just the beginning. DSK Mobile gives us the opportunity to keep improving the way you bank.
