Gradually, all cards from other brands will be replaced with new Visa cards;
The reissued cards will be delivered to the bank branch or by courier to the client’s registered address, with an option for one free redirection;
All clients will be informed about the upcoming replacement via Viber/SMS messages. No action is required – the new Visa cards will be issued automatically.
DSK Mobile
To activate your card at a DSK Bank ATM, use the PIN code you received via Viber/SMS message* from DSK Bank.
Go to a DSK Bank ATM and follow the steps:
1. Log into DSK Direct, Cards section.
2. Select your Mastercard for which you've received a message. Click the down arrow next to the card image.
3. Choose the Office/Courier option.
4. Click the panel with the listed address and select a new one from the dropdown menu. Save it, and you're done!
Cards delivered to the branch cannot be transferred to another location or sent by courier. Courier delivery can only be requested for a card that has not yet been issued, either to a DSK Bank office convenient for you or by calling the Contact Center.
After the deadline has passed, the card is directed to the originally specified branch. You can request a new card free of charge at a DSK Bank branch convenient for you or through the Contact Center.
After the new Visa card is issued, you will have 2 months to pick it up. For example, if you receive a message that the card is being produced in June, it will be available for pickup until the end of August.

You don’t pay for the delivery via Econt, unless there is more than one redirection. The first redirection is free of charge.
The free redirection is the first change to the initially set location for receiving your card, which you can make, either to a new address or to a courier company’s office. Any subsequent change will incur a charge, to be paid directly to Econt – either at their office or to the courier when receiving the card.
Econt will attempt to reach you 3 times within 7 days. If the delivery is unsuccessful within this period, the card will be redirected to a DSK Bank branch. Once it arrives, you will receive a notification from the bank with the exact address so you can pick it up.
The usual period for picking up your card from an Econt office is 7 calendar days. After this period, the card will be redirected to a DSK Bank branch. Once the card arrives, you will receive a notification from the bank with the exact address so you can pick it up.
The cost will be according to Econt’s standard tariff, and the amount is paid directly to the courier or at the courier company’s office.

Yes, you do. The physical card is needed for withdrawing/depositing money at ATMs. Also, you can use it in case you forget or lose your mobile device.
The new card will need to be added again, and the easiest way to do that is through DSK Mobile.
When the old cards are closed, they will stop working. Add your new Visa card with the respective merchants to continue using your subscriptions and one-click payments.
Log into your DSK Mobile app, go to the Cards menu, and under each card, you’ll find an Add to Apple Pay/Google Wallet button. Click it and follow the steps.

No, your due date will remain the same as the one you selected when the credit card was issued.

Cashback is accumulated at the client level, so you won’t lose the amount you've earned. It remains available and you’ll continue to collect rewards as before.

Your new Platinum Visa card automatically includes access to the Lounge Key program, through which Visa offers free access to several premium lounges worldwide. You can find more details here.
Visits to lounges outside of this selection are available at a special rate of €30 per person.
Your new Visa card can be used for purchases at merchants, including online, as well as for withdrawing and depositing funds at ATMs. DSK Bank does not impose territorial restrictions on card usage, so you can use it anywhere in the world where Visa is accepted.
Your Mastercard will be deactivated within a week after activating your new Visa card. Please note that if you do not get your new Visa card, your existing Mastercard will be blocked, and you will be notified in advance.
We want you to have access to your funds. Log in to your DSK Mobile app, locate your new Visa card, and digitize it. The digitized card can be used for online purchases and can be added to a digital wallet.
Please note that to use it at ATMs, you must receive the physical card and PIN code. DSK Bank can send a card abroad under certain conditions. For questions regarding international delivery, please contact the Call Center.
Refunds from reservations, tickets, and other credit operations will be processed to the account to which the card was issued. You will not lose any refunded amounts, even if they were made using a deactivated card.
We would like to honor the preferences of all our customers, but this will not be possible. Please expect a message from us when the time for your card replacement approaches.
All your cards will be replaced with a new Visa card. However, for certain specific types - such as student or faculty cards - the replacement may happen in 2026.
