Announcement of upcoming changes to the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of payment services to individuals, effective as of July 1, 2026, and in the Tariff for fees and commissions for Individuals, effective as of September 1, 2026

Dear Clients,

We would like to hereby inform you that as of July 1, 2026, the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank AD for the provision of payment services are amended, the main changes being:

- suspending of opening payment accounts in Canadian Dollars, Swedish Kronor, Romanian Leu, Japanese Yen, and Turkish Lira (p.20.1);

- changes related to a modification in the process for deactivating payment accounts (p.25.1.);

- the upcoming introduction of a new feature for organizing funds by category, purpose, and name in the DSK Mobile app (“pockets") (p.88);

- clarifying the conditions for issuing debit cards to prohibited persons (p.65);

- prescribing the way to make electronic statements  outside the Bank’s electronic channels (p.7.4.);

- changes to the terms of service and termination of an account agreement in cases where international sanctions have been imposed (p.38.3 and 39.2);

- termination of the possibility to obtain limited access to DSK Direct via the Bank’s website when a payment account and bank card agreement has been concluded (p. 81.3);

- suspending the opening of new savings components ( when technical feasible) ( p.87.3);

- introduction of conditions for the unilateral closure of the savings component under certain explicitly specified conditions (p.125.10);

- prevision of a procedure for terminating contracts for newly opened current accounts without an associated bank card, if no funds are deposited on the account within 90 days of its opening (p.125.1, "e");

- prevision of a procedure for terminating contracts for newly opened saving accounts, if no funds are deposited into the account within 60 days of its opening (p.125.3, "e');

- termination of a contract for a plan with special pricing terms, with prior notice of two months from the bank (p.122, "b");

- amendment in the process of issuance and servicing of credit cards depending on the subscription to a plan with special pricing conditions (p.72);

- amendment of the transactional limits of credit cards (p.69.1).

We hereby inform you that, effective September 1, 2026, the waiver of the annual service fee for primary and supplementary credit cards based on a minimum of 24 transactions will no longer apply.

This statement is a prior notification in accordance with the requirements of Art. 62 para. 1 of the Law of Payment Services and Payment Systems. If you do not accept the changes being made, you have the right to terminate the contract in writing before the effective date of the changes without compensation or penalty. The Bank shall deem that the customer has accepted the changes if he has not notified it to the contrary before July 1, 2026 regarding the General terms and Conditions, and before September 1, 2026 regarding the Tariff for fees and commissions.
