As part of our desire to provide more flexible services and greater value in your everyday use of our products, we have fully updated the terms and conditions of some of our packages. We would like to inform you that, with effect from February 1, 2027, DSK Bank will terminate “DSK Pay”, “DSK Pay+”, “Smart” in euro, “DSK Flexi 2”, “DSK Flexi 3”, “DSK Flexi 4” and “DSK Flexi 5” packages. From that date, the Bank will treat existing contracts for the use of these packages as contracts for the use of the special pricing conditions for Plan For Salary, subject to the terms and conditions included in that plan, as updated for 2027.
What does this mean for you?
- ✓ You will get access to an updated range of banking products and services.
- ✓ You will be able to use more products and services at special rates.
- ✓ You will have the opportunity to reduce the monthly fee for the plan if you pay using the bank card included in the plan at a physical or virtual POS terminal.
- ✓ You will also receive the following:
- – an increase in the number of free intrabank credit transfers in euro and/or interbank credit transfers in euro within the country and within the EEA, ordered through electronic channels, incl. instant payments;
- – the number of free transactions via DSK Bank/OTP Group ATMs abroad for the main card to the account is increased;
- – the number of free utility payments, as well as payments of local taxes and fees via electronic channels, is increased;
- – unlimited free notification via text messages through a mobile network or mobile application, incl. Viber.

* Plan For Salary -Monthly fee for Plan For Salary when minimum 5 transactions are made - payment of goods and services via POS or on the Internet with a card to the account, made and accounted for within the calendar month.
If you do not accept the changes being made, you have the right to terminate the contract in writing before the effective date of the changes without compensation or penalty. The Bank shall deem that the customer has accepted the changes if he has not notified it to the contrary within the specified period.
