This statement is a prior notification in accordance with the requirements of Art. 62 para. 1 of the Law of Payment Services and Payment Systems. If you do not accept the changes being made, you have the right to terminate the contract in writing before the effective date of the changes without compensation or penalty. The Bank shall deem that the customer has accepted the changes if he has not notified it to the contrary before January 1, 2027.
