Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that as of July 1st 2026 “DSK Bank” AD will apply changes to the General Terms and Conditions for provision of payment services for business clients.
Main changes are related to:
- Update of the email address for communication with the bank, as follows: Business.Support@dskbank.bg;
- Update of the cut-off time for same-day value execution of standard and express euro transfers to accounts in payment institutions that are not participants in BISERA payment system, to countries within and outside the EEA that participate in the SEPA Credit Transfer scheme and the TARGET2 payment system;
- Define a limit for utility payments up to EUR 750, which limit may be changed upon client request;
- Changes in sections: Remote Account Access Instruments – General Provisions, Types of Remote Access Instruments – Electronic Channels, PC Banking and DSK Mobile Application, related to: discontinuation of DSK MC Token and consolidation of all applications into a new application – DSK MCO; updated technical (hardware and network) requirements for customers due to migration to a newer version of the DSK MCO application; addition of new statement format options;
- Other technical amendments.
