In our desire to provide you with more flexible services and greater value in your daily use of our products, we have fully updated the terms and conditions of some of our packages, so that you can benefit from the advantages of our current plans. We would like to inform you that, with effect from February 1, 2027, DSK Bank will terminate the “DSK Flexi – Pensioners” package as of that date, the Bank will treat existing contracts for the use of this package as contracts for the use of a plan with special pricing conditions under the Plan For Pension, subject to the terms included in that plan, updated for 2027.
What does this mean for you?
- ✓ You will get access to an updated range of banking products and services adapted to your current needs.
- ✓ You will be able to use more products and services at special rates.
- ✓ You will have the option to reduce the monthly fee for the plan if you pay using the bank card included in the plan at a physical or virtual POS terminal.
- ✓ You will also receive:
- – unlimited free intrabank transfers in euros and/or interbank transfers in euros within the country and the EEA, via electronic channels, including instant transfers;
- – unlimited free payments of utility bills and local taxes and charges via electronic channels;
- – an unlimited number of free notification via text messages through a mobile network or mobile application, incl. Viber;
- – Introduction of free cash withdrawals from other banks’ ATMs / no fee for cash withdrawals in Bulgaria from DSK Bank ATMs and OTP Group ATMs abroad for the primary card linked to the account – up to three withdrawals per month in total.

* Plan For Pension - Monthly fee for Plan For Pension when minimum 5 transactions are made - payment of goods and services via POS or on the Internet with a card to the account, made and accounted for within the calendar month.
If you do not accept the changes being made, you have the right to terminate the contract in writing before the effective date of the changes without compensation or penalty. The Bank shall deem that the customer has accepted the changes if he has not notified it to the contrary within the specified period.
