As of 20 October 2026, changes will be introduced to the initiation of SWIFT transfers through DSK Direct electronic banking platform in line with the CBPR+ requirements and the implementation of the ISO 20022 international standard, which aims to harmonize standards for cross-border payments and reporting.
What is changing?
When entering the details of the beneficiary, the beneficiary's address must be provided in a structured format, with each address element entered by you in the respective fields displayed on the payment initiation screen.
Which customers are affected?
The change applies to customers initiating:
- transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA);
- transfers in currencies other than EUR to countries within the EEA.
What do you need to do?
When initiating the relevant transfers, you will need to enter the beneficiary's address by completing the individual address fields provided, instead of entering the address as free text.
