Dear Clients,
As of 20 October 2026, DSK Bank will introduce changes to single and bulk SWIFT payments initiated through the DSK Direct electronic banking platform in connection with the CBPR+ structured address requirements under the ISO 20022 standard.
What is changing?
When providing a counterparty’s address, the address details must be entered in a structured format. A structured format requires address information to be provided in separate, clearly defined fields, for street name, building number, city, state/province, etc., rather than as a single free-text field as is currently used. Addresses provided solely as free text will no longer be accepted by the bank, and the respective payment instruction will not be processed in compliance with the SWIFT CBPR+ requirements.
Which customers will be affected?
The changes affect customers initiating international transfers outside the EEA, as well as transfers within the EEA in currencies other than EUR, including customers using payment file exchange services through DSK Direct.
What do you need to do?
Please review the file formats you use and submit to DSK Bank and, where necessary, update the systems used to generate these files in accordance with the attached specifications.
The new specifications can be reviewed and downloaded from DSK Direct under:
- Mass Payments → Upload a mass payments file, or
- Payments → Packet Payment by file upload.
What will happen after 20 October 2026?
After this date, single payment orders and payment files that do not comply with DSK Bank’s new CBPR+ structured address requirements will not be accepted for processing.
The Bank will accept and process payment instructions only in formats compliant with the new standards.
To ensure uninterrupted processing of your payment instructions, please update your systems and processes before 20 October 2026.

Sincerely,
DSK Bank Team
