Please be advised that, effective from 01.10. 2026, changes to the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank AD regarding loan agreements for agricultural producer clients in the "Small Business" segment have come into effect.
As of the specified date:
A new Section VI.A, titled "Obligations of the Parties Regarding Imposed Financial/Economic Sanctions," is introduced. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the Client declares compliance with applicable sanctions regimes and undertakes not to use funds or conduct transactions in violation thereof. The Bank reserves the right to conduct checks and request information regarding sanctions compliance. In the event of a violation, the Bank has the right to suspend drawdowns, terminate the agreement, and declare the loan immediately due and payable.

Pursuant to Article 46, Paragraph 2 of the General Terms and ConditionsFor credit agreements concluded before 1 October 2026, the General Terms and Conditions published on 28 June 2024 shall continue to apply. The amendments and supplements effective as of 1 October 2026 shall not apply to such agreements, with the exception of the provisions set out in Section VI.a. Obligations of the Parties in Relation to Imposed Financial/Economic Sanctions, which shall also apply to those agreements pursuant to Article 46, Paragraph 2 of the General Terms and Conditions.
