DSK Bank’s e-channels are temporarily closed for euro-related upgrades

Dear Customers,

DSK Bank’s electronic channels – DSK Mobile, DSK Direct, DSK Smart, DSK Business, and Multicash – are temporarily closed for technical upgrades in connection with the introduction of the euro.

Access to mobile and online banking will be gradually restored from the end of the day on January 1 until the end of the day on January 2.

During the switch, the following will not be possible:

Intra-bank and interbank transfers

Transfers via mobile number (Blink P2P)

Transfers between your own accounts

Confirmation of online payments through the apps

In the first hours after the systems are restored, temporary limitations on online payments may occur.

The systems will be restored gradually. If you experience temporary access difficulties, we kindly ask for your patience and suggest trying again shortly.

For real-time updates, please see the News section on the DSK Bank website.

The Bank’s AI assistant also provides up-to-date information on the status of the systems. You can access it on dskbank.bg via the icon in the lower right corner of the website.

Sincerely,

The DSK Bank Team
