Temporary restriction of card services on June 29, 2025 from 12:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m.

Dear Customers,

As part of a planned renewal of DSK Bank's card system, temporary restrictions will be imposed on some card services.

What to expect:

- From 00:00 to 08:00 on 29 June 2025 (Sunday - early morning) all card services will be temporarily unavailable.

Affected services:

- Card withdrawals and payments (physical and digital from DSK Bank) at both domestic and international locations;

- Use of DSK Bank ATMs and POS terminals;

- Payment with digital wallets with DSK Bank cards (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.);

- Online card purchases;

- Blocking and management of cards issued by DSK Bank through digital channels.

Who is affected:

- All individual and business customers who use DSK Bank cards;

- Merchants using the Bank's POS terminals (physical, virtual, software).

How to prepare:

- We recommend that you provide the required amount of cash in advance;

- Make all important card payments before the renewal starts;

- Merchants are advised to notify their customers in a timely manner during the outage period.

When services will be restored:

We expect full restoration by 08:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2025. We will keep you updated on the website and social media in due course if any changes occur.
