How much will it cost?

  • Online banking access is free of charge

  • Virtual cards are free of charge

  • Transfers between your personal accounts are free of charge

  • Online bank transactions and transfers through DSK Direct have lower fees, compared to the same operations processed in our physical bank branches.

How can I register?

  •  Register online in a few simple steps by visiting the DSK Direct website page

  • Register by visiting any of our bank locations. Bring with you a valid form of identification.


What do I need to do in order to register online?

You will need an active DSK Bank card registered in your name with a pre-authorized mobile number registered in the bank’s system.

Enter the temporary authorization code which you will receive on your approved mobile phone number via SMS. The code will be valid for 15 minutes.

Create a new username and password of your choice, following the necessary requirements.


After you register successfully, you will become a user and will be able to take advantage of the online banking service DSK Direct. You will be able to:

  • Check your account transactions

  • Pay utility bills 

  • Transfer money between your accounts in DSK Bank

  • Request, change, or cancel information services

  • Enquire about credit offers

  • Sign contracts to open new current accounts or issue and re-issue bank cards

  • Block or activate cards, which have been blocked through the online banking application DSK Direct or the mobile app DSK Smart


In order to complete a transfer to an account outside of DSK Bank you can request a signature method, either a digital key sent by DSK Bank via SMS along with a unique authorisation code, or a combination of a digital key generated by DSK mToken. You can put in a request for the service entirely online, through the contact form in DSK Direct or through our DSK Contact Center by calling   0700 10 375 / *2375. The documents are signed through the mobile application Evrotrust. 


How can I recover a forgotten username and/or password?

  • It is entirely free of charge to recover a forgotten username and/or password. Simply follow the steps outlined on the DSK Direct webpage.

  • You can visit one of our branch locations, bringing with you a valid form of ID.

  • Have an active DSK Bank card ready, and a pre-authorized mobile number in the bank’s system.
