Announcement about changes to the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank for the provision of payment services for business clients, effective as of October 1, 2025

Dear Clients,

Please be informed for amendments in the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank AD for the provision of payment services for business clients, effective from 01.10.2025.

Effective from 01.10.2025, the General Terms and Conditions announce:

1) The obligation to fund your newly opened accounts within the month of their opening, as well as the bank's right to fund your newly opened accounts, by collecting the sum required from other client’s accounts opened with the Bank, in case you do not do it yourself (Art. 18.2.);

2) The deadline for unilateral termination of the framework agreement by the bank has been changed - with one month's notice (Art. 105.3.);

3) The possibility of API integration with accounting and ERP systems in electronic banking is explicitly mentioned (Article 80, letter i);

4) Extended rights in electronic banking are listed for new persons, including notarially authorized ones, other than the legal representative of the client (Article 10, 22.1, 81.5.1.);

5) A new functionality for activating a bank card has been introduced (Article 48.3);

6) The definitions and presentation of payment systems and execution times have been updated, including an indication of the conditions for the execution of SEPA instant transfers (Art. 28).
