Announcement of upcoming changes to the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of payment services to individuals and the Tariff for fees and commissions applied by DSK Bank for services to individual customers, effective as of January 1, 2026.

Dear Clients,

1. Please be informed that, with effect from January 1, 2026, and in connection with the Bank's obligation under the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria, updates have been made to the special pricing conditions included in the daily banking plans and the discontinued Packages for individuals for the 2026 calendar year. In addition, as of January 1, 2026, the monthly service fee for your Plan/Package will be collected in Euro.

2. We would like to hereby inform you that as of January 1, 2026, the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank AD for the provision of payment services, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of contracts for opening and servicing of termless savings accounts are amended, the main changes being:

General Terms and Conditions for the provision of payment services

1. Consolidation of the General Terms and Conditions of DSK Bank AD for the provision of payment services and the General Terms and Conditions of contracts for opening and servicing of termless savings accounts into a single document;

2. Changes related to the introduction of push notifications in electronic channels;

3. The execution of existing automatic payments for utility services shall remain in place. As of July 1, 2026, an official maximum limit of €750 per payment will be introduced for these payments, which can be freely changed by the customer at their discretion.;

4. Changes related to the discontinuation of direct debit services. The discontinuation of the service will not result in the termination of existing automatic utility payments.

5. Changes related to payment instruments (virtual card) for performing operations on electronic money accounts;

6. Changes related to the discontinuation of the Bulgarian lev as a means of payment in the country and the discontinuation of accounts and payment transactions in Bulgarian levs, as well as changes to values specified in Bulgarian levs;

7. Changes in the procedure for performing payment transactions by minors;

8. Changes in the scope of deposits subject to guarantee by the Bulgarian Deposit Insurance Fund.

General terms and conditions of contracts for opening and servicing of termless savings accounts

1. The General terms and conditions of contracts for opening and servicing termless savings accounts are merged with the General terms and conditions of DSK Bank AD for the provision of payment services and cease to exist as a separate document.

This statement is a prior notification in accordance with the requirements of Art. 62 para. 1 of the Law of Payment Services and Payment Systems. If you do not accept the changes being made, you have the right to terminate the contract in writing before the effective date of the changes without compensation or penalty. The Bank shall deem that the customer has accepted the changes if he has not notified it to the contrary before January 1, 2026.
