Capital Management Analyst within Controlling and Performance Management Department
DSK Bank, Head office.
The position offers deep insights into the various aspects from the activity of the bank and gives the opportunity to create essential links between regulatory requirements and business perspectives.
General duties:
- Conduction of analysis related to the capital position of the bank covering both regulatory and business perspective;
- Participation in the capital planning process;
- Preparation of information pieces and reports related to topics as liabilities’ structure, key counterparties, internal governance and recovery from crisis situations for the purpose of the recovery planning process;
- Preparation and coordination responsibilities for reporting to parent bank and supervisory authorities on topics covering key areas of the bank’s activity for the purpose of resolution planning;
- Implementation of new regulatory requirements and group internal policies related to capital adequacy and recovery and resolution framework;
- Conduction of analysis related to regulatory costs;
- Participation in the stress testing process;
- Preparation of financial analysis, regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations to bank internal committees and the management board.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Statistic, Mathematics or Economics;
- Work experience in a bank, financial consulting and audit or supervisory authorities is considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of European banking regulations and national legal framework related to the banking sector;
- Work experience related to capital adequacy assessment, risk management or regulatory reporting is a plus;
- Excellent command in English;
- Excellent computer literacy – MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word);
- Good analytical skills and in-depth approach to data processing;
- Strong documentation skills;
- Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Pro-active, result oriented, team-player, able to work in a dynamic environment.
