Project Management Officer

Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support our IT team as a Project Management Office

Sofia, valid to 4.05.2024

General duties:

Organizes and manages projects portfolio of the Bank.
Keeps up to date register of Bank projects along with all necessary documentation
Supports the Project managers in applying the validated project management methodology
Keeps up to date Project management templates
Regular follow up of all projects within Bank portfolio
Regular review and optimization of portfolio management processes
Organization and guarantee for actual information in Jira for projects and small/typical/operational tasks
Regular collection of information and preparation of reporting for Bank and Group management/
Ad-hoc reports for management

Requirements:

Relevant University degree – technical/business/finance or other related field;
Proven experience in a similar role;
Analytical skills, innovative thinking, project approach;
Presentation and communication skills;
Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian;
