You can open a deposit in BGN, EUR, USD, CHF or GBP. You may use the funds in the deposit at any time and you can set a condition for repayment.

You can make payment transactions and save money at your disposal at any time.
You can deposit amounts on the deposit in cash, with non-cash transfers, or through electronic banking.
Deposit holders can contribute their scholarships, pensions and other income.

After the holder reaches the age of majority, the children's saving account is transformed into a termless deposit.

Documents

When opening the account, you are required to present the child's Birth Certificate.
The deposit amounts can be disposed of at any time and in any branch of the bank. The order is made with the permission of the District Court and by:

The legal representative - for minors (up to 14 years of age)
The account holder, together with a parent or guardian - for minors (from 14 to 18 years of age).

Account holders over the age of 16 who have deposited their own earnings in their own name, or who have married, manage their deposits independently.

Applying

In the nearest and most convenient for you branch of DSK Bank.
When opening a deposit you are required to deposit a minimum amount.

The deposit is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of the Bank Deposit Guarantee Act. The Bank Deposit Guarantee Fund guarantees full repayment of the amounts on the deposits of one person in one bank, regardless of their number and amount up to a total amount of BGN 196,000.

No guarantee shall be provided for deposits arising from or related to transactions or actions constituting money laundering within the meaning of Art. 2 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering or Terrorist Financing within the meaning of the Law on Measures against Financing of Terrorism, established by an effective sentence. Deposits whose holder has not been identified according to Art. 3 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.

DSK Bank does not collect fees for opening, servicing and closing a children's deposit.
