Planned access restriction to the electronic channels of DSK Bank

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that due to scheduled maintenance and system improvements, access to DSK Bank’s electronic channels will be restricted from 11:00 PM on July 25, 2025 (Friday) until 2:30 AM on July 26, 2025 (Saturday).

During this period, the following banking channels will not be available:

• The DSK Smart mobile application,

• The DSK Direct internet banking,

• The DSK Mobile banking app,

• The DSK Online platform,

• The DSK Business mobile application.

The restriction includes both access to account information and the ability to perform banking operations through the listed channels. The interruption will affect all individual and business clients who use the mentioned services.

We recommend that you plan your banking needs in advance for the specified period to avoid any potential inconvenience.
